Tiamat is a demoness that attacks in one form (looks like a human), then attacks in a totally different looking second form, that of a three headed dragon.
Tiamat's first form attacks by moving forward slowly and then slashing the sword. Sometimes a Wave will go on the ground as well which you need to avoid. She can only be hurt when the sword is being flexed out.
Second Form
Tiamat's second form has three heads that spit fireballs. Get on the steps at the beginning of the boss area(on the left) and fire away at the heads.
